What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven application development experience, Oracle PL/SQL in banking applications/ products, Experience in large IT organization working in a support environment, supporting mission critical complex systems utilizing a large number of technologies and heavy reliance on batch processing, Avaloq Script / Oracle PL/SQL, Knowledge of UNIX, Knowledge of Agile Central, Knowledge of version control tools, Working knowledge on any banking products, Full understanding of Software development lifecycle, In depth knowledge of and proven track record in financial services industry, Excellent overall knowledge of banking application, in depth knowledge of several of the functional modules like security trading, order management, settlement, corporate actions, credit, payments etc.
Nice to Have
Avaloq knowledge, people management skills, Working knowledge of JIRA, Working knowledge of Confluence, Working knowledge of Visio, Working knowledge of Service Now, Working knowledge of Agile, Leadership experience in Private Banking IT delivery programs
