What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 + years of related experience, Associates of Arts/Associates of Science, Security+CE, PWS 9. 1 (1 of the following: A+, HDI-CSR, HDI-SCD, HDI-SCA, ITIL, Microsoft 365), TS/SCI with Polygraph, US citizenship required
Nice to Have
A+, HDI-CSR, HDI-SCD, HDI-SCA, ITIL, Microsoft 365
What You'll Do.
Provides technical audiovisual
and video support services for meetings
and maintains equipment for audio and video conferencing and teleconferencing meeting needs
Performs audio visual system deployments including hardware and software configuration
and performance quality checks on AV equipment
Operates sound and visual equipment during live events
Performs maintenance actions including inspections
Monitors and analyzes overall VTC equipment and system performance to ensure satisfactory operation
Troubleshoots hardware
infrastructure and AV problems
Installs video switching devices
wall monitors/televisions
and video control devices that support AV systems
Provides technical assistance and training to users
Participates in special projects as required
