Must Have

3+ years of experience in AV field engineering, commissioning, systems integration, or maintenance, knowledge of enterprise production and video conferencing environments, Advanced troubleshooting skills and familiarity with AV control systems, DSPs, and signal routing, Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy equipment and supporting physical integration/maintenance work

What You'll Do.

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and solutions‑oriented AV Tier 2 Technician to support advanced video conferencing systems and in‑room audiovisual technologies. This role requires strong technical expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex issues such as equipment failures, physical malfunctions, and software configuration problems, while maintaining a calm, professional, and customer‑focused approach. You will manage and document support activity through ticketing platforms, ensuring accurate tracking, communication, and timely resolution. The role also includes supporting the commissioning of AV systems for retrofit projects and new builds, ensuring installations meet client specifications and performance standards. Additionally, you will provide essential end‑user computing support, including Computer IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change); PC troubleshooting; device imaging, configuration, and deployment; and coordination of laptop repair workflows.
