What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5+ years of experience supporting enterprise AV, virtual, or hybrid events., Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Teams and Zoom, including webinars and live events., Technical, hands-on experience with Cisco meeting equipment., Proven ability to lead live event execution with attention to detail and composure under pressure., Experience supporting executive or high‑visibility meetings., troubleshooting skills across audio, video, and content sharing.
Nice to Have
Experience supporting large‑scale webcasts, all‑hands meetings, or hybrid events., Familiarity with conference room AV systems (cameras, microphones, DSPs, control panels)., Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms and/or Zoom Rooms environments., Understanding of AV signal flow and basic networking concepts., Awareness of accessibility best practices (captions, audio clarity, inclusive delivery)., Experience coordinating with vendors or third‑party production partners., AV certifications such as CTS (or equivalent) are a plus.
