AV Live Events & Operations Engineer Nebius | Full-Time | Amsterdam (Hybrid) About the Role Nebius is looking for an AV Live Events & Operations Engineer to lead the delivery of high-quality live events while maintaining reliable day-to-day AV operations across our office environments. This is a hybrid role combining live event production leadership with hands-on AV operational support. You will own and execute company-wide events such as All Hands and town halls, while also serving as the key escalation point for AV issues and ensuring the health, performance, and usability of AV systems across offices. What You'll Do Live Events Leadership Own end-to-end AV delivery for internal events including All Hands, town halls, and large-scale hybrid meetings Plan, coordinate, and execute live event production covering audio, video, streaming, and room integration Design and manage Zoom-based events including webinars and complex hybrid meeting formats Configure and operate Zoom Webinar workflows: roles, permissions, backstage/green room setup, and audience interaction features Manage layouts, spotlighting, switching, and broadcast outputs to ensure a high-quality viewer experience Operate vision mixers, hardware control surfaces, aud
