What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 2 years’ hands‑on experience installing, configuring, and supporting AV systems in commercial environments, working knowledge of AV cabling, patching, mounting, and room preparation standards, Confidence working in live office environments, with a awareness of health & safety, Competent use of power tools, Experience supporting users face‑to‑face, including non‑technical users, Ability to read basic wiring diagrams and follow installation playbooks
Nice to Have
Experience with digital signage or AV control systems is desirable
What You'll Do.

Provide responsive on‑site and remote support
Diagnose faults accurately
Support AV elements of client fit‑out projects
Maintain and troubleshoot ambient sound systems
Ensure all work meets health & safety standards

Working closely with the AV Manager; Collaborate closely with IT Infrastructure; Collaborate closely with Operations; Collaborate closely with other teams; Collaborate with IT Infrastructure, Operations, and other teams
