Shop environment, loud and noisy, exposed moving components, stand and bend for long periods, push and test vehicles, push heavy objects, test heavy objects, Routine lifting up to 50 pounds, regular handling, grasping, kneeling, carrying, constant use of vision, constant mental alertness, Occasional use of safety glasses, Occasional use of hearing protection, US Citizenship is required, Work on this contract is performed at the Red River Army Depot, Access to the Depot requires all covered individuals to be registered with the United States Selective Service
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
one (1) year wheel or track vehicle repair experience, valid driver’s license, Passing a pre-employment drug screen, government background check, obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization, US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization, read, write and speak English, available to work any shift, Willing to work weekends and other hours as needed, registered with the United States Selective Service

Perform routine maintenance
Perform preventive maintenance services
Perform modifications
Assist mechanic in servicing
Assist mechanic in adjusting
Assist mechanic in replacing parts
Remove inspection plates
Replace items after work
Furnish tools and supplies
Lift and hold materials
Clean interior and exterior parts
Lubricate using grease gun
Drive/transport equipment
Perform other position related duties
