Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Review, process, and submit warranty claims in compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and timely reimbursement. Book, code, and reconcile warranty claims using dealership systems and proprietary applications to support efficient claims resolution. Monitor and maintain warranty receivable schedules to ensure proper cash flow and financial accuracy for dealership clients. Analyze technician notes and service documentation to assign correct labor codes and validate claim eligibility. Identify compliance issues and support dealerships in correcting processes to align with manufacturer requirements. Utilize internal systems and tools to resolve claim discrepancies and support end-to-end warranty administration workflows. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer policies, certifications, and warranty processing standards. Collaborate with internal teams and dealership stakeholders to ensure smooth claim processing and continuous improvement of warranty operations. Requirements: Prior experience as an Automotive Warranty Administrator within a franchised dealership environment is required. Strong understanding of automotive dealership service operations and warranty claims processes. Proficiency with DMS (Dealer Management Systems) and related automotive software tools. Solid knowledge of warranty accounting principles, claim reconciliation, and receivables management. Ability to interpret technician repair narratives and apply appropriate labor and warranty codes accurately. Manufacturer certification or training in at least one automotive brand preferred. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills. Effective communication skills with the ability to support and influence dealership staff when needed.
