In this role, you will act as the primary technical interface between the brand and its authorized service network, helping retailers diagnose vehicle concerns, investigate technical issues, and deliver effective repair solutions. Your Role As a Technical Support Specialist, you will support authorized service partners across Europe by providing technical guidance, diagnostic expertise, and case management support for vehicle-related concerns. You will take ownership of technical cases from investigation through resolution while ensuring compliance with OEM standards and service quality expectations.
