As a Technical Support Specialist , you will support authorized service partners across Europe by providing technical guidance, diagnostic expertise, and case management support for vehicle-related concerns. You will take ownership of technical cases from investigation through resolution while ensuring compliance with OEM standards and service quality expectations.
