What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Valid Driver’s License (Class A, B, or C), Minimum of 2 years of professional auto repair experience, At least 1 ASE certification, Must have a complete set of tools, Basic computer skills, Able to lift up to 50 pounds, Continuously stand, bend, reach, walk, sit and kneel frequently, Enter, exit and drive vehicles, At least 21 years of age, Legally authorized to work in the United States, Able to obtain DOT medical clearance

Nice to Have

Ability to obtain 2 additional ASE certifications within the first year, Previous Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) experience

Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on fleet vehicles

Perform oil and fluid services

Perform suspension work

Perform warranty-related repairs

Assist senior technicians with diagnostics

Assist senior technicians with repair procedures

Drive Budget Truck on public roads for testing

Drive Budget Truck for repair verification
