Support Dealer network with technical assistance
Support Dealer network with diagnosis support
Assist with projects relating to new model service
Assist with projects relating to product performance
Assist with projects relating to accessory parts development
Provide direct interaction to Dealer network
Support release of countermeasure parts
Support release of campaign parts
Implement processes for Technical Helpdesk support
Develop processes for Technical Helpdesk support
Maintain reporting systems
Monitor own tasks for compliance
