Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, Ability to operate shop equipment and tools safely, customer service and communication skills, Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
Previous experience as a tire and lube technician or similar role preferred
What You'll Do.
Perform tire rotations
and repairs with precision and efficiency
and fluid checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance
Perform basic vehicle inspections and identify any potential issues or safety concerns
Conduct wheel alignments and balance tires to promote even tread wear and vehicle stability
Maintain accurate records of all services performed
including parts used and time spent on each task
Assist customers with tire recommendations
and providing outstanding customer service
Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines while working in a shop environment
