Your key tasks will be: * Answering customers inquires * Ensuring customer satisfaction and manage follow-ups * Optimize follow-up processes to improve customer satisfaction * Define and implement targeted sales strategies for individual dealers ## Qualifications About you We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results.
