Whether you’re advancing your career or growing your skillset, we are here to drive you forward. **Role Responsibilities** * Perform advanced cosmetic repairs including Paintless Dent Removal (PDR), wheel refinishing, and interior restoration to meet CarMax standards * Execute standardized processes and follow detailed work instructions for consistent quality * Remove and replace vehicle parts as needed during reconditioning * Deliver exceptional service to internal teams and external customers * Ensure all vehicles meet CarMax quality and safety requirements * Complete additional tasks as assigned by management * Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area. **Required Qualifications** * Completion of New Associate Orientation Training – Operations * Ability to meet performance and workstation certification standards * Strong attention to detail for data interpretation and record accuracy * Capable of performing multiple tasks in a fast-
