About the role: Clutch is looking for an Automotive Apprentice Technician to join our team for the evening shift! The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday: 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM. A $1,500 signing bonus will be paid after the 3-month probationary period. This role ensures that all vehicles meet Clutch’s high mechanical and safety standards and that repairs and maintenance are performed efficiently. You will help keep our reconditioning process on track, ensuring vehicles are ready for customer delivery and sale. What you’ll do: Perform Clutch standardized vehicle inspections, including stationary checks and road tests Diagnose and assess mechanical and safety issues, identifying necessary repairs and preventative maintenance Provide recommendations on repairs and best course of action based on inspection results Complete routine maintenance and minor repairs, such as brake jobs, suspension work, tire services, battery replacement, fluid changes, etc. Document all repairs, maintenance work, and inspection findings accurately in Clutch systems Adhere to Clutch’s mechanical and safety standards, contributing to ongoin
