## Dealership: L0053 Subaru of Spokane # **Subaru of Spokane** ### Now Hiring Automotive Service Advisors – All Experience Levels **Pay: Commission Based. Mainline Advisors earning range is $50k-$100K annually. Express Lube Advisor earning range is $35k-$50k annually.** **Schedule: Will depend on exact role offered. Mainline Advisor will be a Tues-Sat schedule. Express Lube Advisor will be Mon-Fri Schedule.** Subaru of Spokane, part of the Lithia & Driveway family, is growing and looking for customer-focused Automotive Service Advisors to join our high-performing service team. We are hiring at all experience levels, and we’ll place you in either our Mainline Service Drive or Express Service based on your skills and background. **About the Role:** As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key bridge between our customers and technicians—ensuring every service visit is smooth, transparent, and memorable. Whether you’re experienced or just starting your automotive career, we provide the training and support to help you succeed. **Placement Options:** * **Mainline Service Advisor** – For experienced advisors ready to handle complex repairs, diagnostics, and high-value service interactions. * **Express Service Advisor** – Ideal for entry-level or developing advisors focusing on quick services like oil changes, inspections, and maintenance. **What You’ll Do** * Greet and assist customers with professionalism and warmth * Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs * Provide service recommendations and explain repairs clearly * Communicate with technicians and keep customers updated * Manage appointments, estimates, and repair orders * Deliver an excellent customer experience from check-in to delivery **What We’re Looking For** * All experience levels welcome (training provided for entry-level candidates) * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Automotive knowledge is a plus—but not required fo
