What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Ability to install, maintain and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and materials, Ability to install, maintain and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components – photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tachometers. and encoders, PLC programs, ability to troubleshoot ladder logic (read use for troubleshooting), components (CPU, I/O boards, counters, modules and devices) and communications modules (Ethernet)
Nice to Have
Experience with warehouse automation systems or equipment, Experience using CMMS
What You'll Do.
Maintain all Material Handling Equipment
Timely preventive maintenance
Spare parts selection and ordering
Diagnostics and troubleshooting
Maintain and trouble shoot conveyor systems
Train team in operation and maintenance
Identify root causes of issues
Recommend solutions and actions
Manage maintenance and facilities contracts
Drive continuous improvement
Manage and organize spare parts inventory
