Must Have

3+ years of hands-on experience with automated equipment, robotics, and control systems, Basic knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and industrial software troubleshooting skills, assembly and wiring skills, Proficiency with power and hand tools, Basic fixturing/assembly practices, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills, Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals

Nice to Have

Associate’s degree in Automation Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical/Mechanical Technology, or related field, PC skills, including MS, exposure to CAD software is a plus, collaboration skills across engineering, quality, and production teams

Automation Technician - 3rd Shift (10pm - 6am) Overview US Conec is seeking a hands-on Automation Technician to support the design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated manufacturing systems with a focus on efficiency, quality and safety. This role provides hands-on support for automation equipment, assists in continuous improvement projects, and ensures proper operation of automated systems in production.
