Full Job Description

Location: United States - Remote Other Considerations: U. S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Required with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Annual Salary Range: 110K - 130K LTS is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Automation Team Engineer to support the OMEGA program by designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining technical automation solutions. This helps to improve operational efficiency, reporting, decision support, and workflow execution across the program. Working under the direction of the Automation and Innovation Lead and in coordination with the Process Automation Analyst, the Automation Engineer develops automation workflows, dashboards, integrations, reusable tooling, and technical solutions that support program automation initiatives across all COEs and the broader OMEGA program. The role focuses on implementing scalable automation capabilities for operational processes such as documentation summarization, release risk analysis support, RCA draft generation support, reporting workflow automation, governance artifact processing, and sustainment transition support. While the Automation Engineer may automate report generation and reporting workflows, the design and development of analytics dashboards and value measurement reporting is performed by the Digital Value Analytics Team. Through this role, the Automation Engineer will enable the OMEGA program to: • Implement practical automation solutions that reduce manual effort • Improve consistency and speed of recurring operational tasks • Support more proactive release, governance, and incident workflows • Enable automation of recurring dashboards, reports, and process checks • Establish reusable automation assets that can scale across COEs and future workstreams What You’ll Do: Perform Automation Solution Development support: • Develop and maintain automation workflows and technical solutions that support priority automation initiatives across the program. • Develop automation workflows
