What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of experience working with workflow automations, operational systems, or AI tools, Experience using platforms such as Zapier, Slack, Notion, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools

Previous experience supporting operational process improvements or systems implementation is highly preferred

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone. Our client is a rapidly growing security and operations company providing physical security services, camera systems, access control solutions, and 24/7 live monitoring support for commercial clients. As the company continues scaling, they are investing heavily in AI tools, workflow automation, and operational efficiencies to modernize internal systems and improve scalability across the business. LOCATION Fully Remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST ROLE OVERVIEW The Automation Specialist will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing AI-powered workflows and operational automations across the organization. This role will focus on streamlining repetitive tasks, improving communication systems, connecting internal platforms, and helping implement scalable operational processes that improve efficiency across teams. The ideal candidate is highly systems-oriented, proactive, detail-oriented, and excited about leveraging AI and automation tools to modernize workflows and support business growth.
