What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years hands-on experience with a PSA platform (HaloPSA strongly ConnectWise, Autotask, or similar), Proficiency with Microsoft Power Automate, building and managing production workflows, Working knowledge of PowerShell, Jinja, or another scripting language for automation and integrations, Experience in an MSP, consulting, or service desk environment, verbal and written communication skills, able to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable terms
Nice to Have
Experience with Rewst, Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar AIot-building platforms, Experience building custom dashboards and analytics for operational reporting
What You'll Do.
Own HaloPSA administration
Act as highest-level internal support for HaloPSA
and develop AI features
Pilot and iterate on AI-driven solutions
and iteratively improve automation workflows
Monitor automated workflows
Provide training and support to team members
Serve as escalation point for team members
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with team leads and Directors to identify "data out" needs; Partner with your manager and staff across all disciplines to identify pain points; win stakeholder buy-in
Communication Scope
verbal and written communication skills; translate technical concepts into clear, actionable terms
Process & Methodology
prioritize needs, pilot implementations
