If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Automation software developer** located in **Guadalajara North** Reporting to the **Operations engineering Managee** the**Automation software developer** role is Responsible for automation engineering, process engineering, and software development, with a primary focus on MES traceability integration and smart manufacturing solutions. **What a typical day looks like:** * Develop and maintain applications using **C#, VB.NET, and Python** within the .NET framework. * Design and implement **traceability solutions (MES systems)** for automated production lines. * Integrate machines and stations to ensure accurate data collection, including **matching/unmatching (marriage/unmarriage) processes** and component tracking. * Collaborate in the development and optimization of **automated assembly processes** , including bearing assemblies and precision component handling. * Work with **machine vision systems** for: * Particle inspection * Scratch detection * Foreign Object Detection (FOD) * Implement and support **automated measurement systems** , including: * Profilometers * Vision systems for width and dimensional verification * Define, document, and communicate **technical requirements** for complex automation processes. * Coordinate with **international suppliers** , ensuring alignment on technical specifications, timelines, and deliverables. * Support commissioning, debugging, validation, and continuous improveme
