identify and drive out loss themes across the zone; establish proven standards and systems; own daily results with their zone owners; drive module reapplication of success; reduce loss; ensure Equipment, CPE’s, Speeds & Centerlines are correct verses Base and upgrades; ensure process & equipment is maintained

Flexible to work days, nights, and weekends based on critical business needs, Flexibility to Travel as needed, Lift, lower, carry, push & pull objects up to 50 lbs, Ability to flex, extend, and rotate neck, Ability to work at heights & climb stairs/ladders/platforms, Stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time, Twist bend at the knees, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, and reach, Ability to meet the requirements of safe operation and personal safety, including wearing PPE and the ability to respond appropriately to various visual and audible alarms and signals, Operate a computer and keyboard to input and access data, and phone as well as scanners and electronic interfaces, Ability to enter and work in enclosed areas, Ability to work in extreme temperatures both hot and cold, generally in warehouse conditions including wide variances in temperature, dust and dirt, Learn/Know terminology and functions of machine components, Meet the requirements of Quality/Good Manufacturing Practices/Good Lab Practices, following applicable gowning/de-gowning when working in the lab, Ability to position & move cases of product, bottles, connect hoses, handle glass flasks and bottles, Work around odor of perfume or wear the appropriate PPE to eliminate the odor

Must Have
1-3 years of experience in a relevant technical field, Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent education, High personal integrity, Probe deeply into follow-up to enable urgent Root cause resolution, interpersonal skills, able to work as a good team player, problem-solving skills – ability to identify and resolve issues/conflicts effectively, communication skills – ability to communicate effectively with others both verbally and in writing

What You'll Do.
Lead an Equipment Area within a Module
Drive module reapplication of success
Systematize the tracking tools
Participate as an auditor for Autonomous Maintenance audits
Build technical expertise / leadership across the module
Lead failure analysis to root cause for select breakdowns
Standardize procedures and planned work orders for priority maintenance tasks
Build on current systems
Lead implementation of improvement projects
Work with in house experts and vendors
Secure funding as needed
Partner with Zone Owners / Line Leadership to ensure Equipment
Speeds & Centerlines are correct
Ensure Standards are defined/updated
documented and deployed
Partner with Zone Owners / Line Leadership to ensure process & equipment is maintained
Proactively look across lines for common chronic issues and special cause disruptions
Partner with Operations to resolve problems/needs at root Cause
