Must Have
Minimum 1 year experience in automation production mode, Experience in a manufacturing environment, Machine troubleshooting experience, Ability to understand and follow standard operational procedures, Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions with minimal supervision, Good understanding of math and arithmetic skills, Able to count accurately
Nice to Have
Malaysia’s skill certificate (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia), Experience working in the medical device industry, Experience in a start-up production environment, Proficiency in Malay, Able to understand basic English language to be able to read documentation, communicate, and write

Perform equipment setup

Maintain raw material feeds
Perform fault clearing and clear stoppages
Utilize HMIs to operate equipment
Execute equipment inspections
Troubleshoot mechanical errors
Troubleshoot safety issues
Troubleshoot operating inefficiencies
Support material inventory processes
Support quality management processes
Participate in manufacturing processes
Support new product design transfer
Support process development
Support equipment validations
Support process validations
Investigate and resolve process issues
Perform routine cleaning/inspection/lubrication
Follow standard operating procedures
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Notify discrepancies to ensure quality
Maintain a clean work environment
Perform other duties as required

Our continued success depends on it! **Position Overview:** The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining highly automated and advanced manufacturing equipment necessary to produce our signature product. This individual will be trained and cross-trained to both operate and troubleshoot issues across a variety of technologies including heat staking, laser welding, mechanical swaging, printed circuit board (PCB) handling and testing, robotic automation, metal stamping and bending, form/fill/seal medical packaging, and high-speed discrete component assembly. In addition to equipment operation and troubleshooting, this individual will be responsible for the product quality performance of the equipment and basic machine troubleshooting in the event of faults and machine stops. During the Plant start-up this position will work during the core business hours. Business needs may necessitate the need to adjust shift start and end times and will require working in shifts.
