What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Initial experience with low-code/no-code automation or integration platforms such as n8n, Zapier, UiPath or similar, Understand how to design and orchestrate end-to-end workflows, Good understanding of JavaScript, APIs, webhooks and data flows, Comfortable working with data structures, error handling and integrations, Clear, engaging communicator who can translate between business and tech, Able to lead trainings and workshops, Able to explain automation and AI topics in an accessible and inspiring way, Enthusiastic about automation, AI and enabling colleagues, Enjoy turning manual processes into smart, reusable workflows that can scale across the organization, Curious, structured and hands-on, Take ownership of your workflows and enablement activities, Proactively drive them from idea to measurable impact across the organization
What You'll Do.
Support business teams in designing
implementing and maintaining scalable and robust n8n workflows that automate and optimize business processes
including AI-powered use cases
Prepare and run n8n workshops such as introductions
use case sessions and internal hackathons to enable self-service automation at scale
Build and nurture an internal n8n community by sharing best practices
creating enablement materials and supporting AI / n8n champions across the organization
develop and implement n8n workflows for selected high-value use cases
driving their end-to-end delivery together with the respective stakeholders
Translate business needs into technical and infrastructural requirements
Act as the internal face of n8n
organizing “roadshows”
answering FAQs and handling support requests related to n8n
integrations and basic troubleshooting
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborating closely with business, engineering and platform teams; Working with engineering and platform teams to further develop the global n8n self-service and AI automation platform; Supporting AI / n8n champions across the organization; Working alongside engineers, product experts, and business teams
Communication Scope
Clear, engaging communicator; Translate between business and tech; Lead trainings and workshops; Explain automation and AI topics in an accessible and inspiring way; Act as the internal face of n8n; Organizing “roadshows”; Answering FAQs
Process & Methodology
Driving end-to-end delivery of workflows together with respective stakeholders
