Must Have
7+ years of experience in quality assurance, at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic role, Proven experience testing SaaS platforms in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), background in test automation — framework design, CI/CD integration, and automation strategy, Hands-on experience with Postman, automation tools such as Playwright/ Selenium / K6 / JMeter, Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins/ GitHub Actions/ GitLab CI, Solid knowledge of API testing, microservices architecture, cloud-native applications, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
Background in load testing, chaos engineering, Experience in contact center, or unified communications platforms
