What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in controlled areas, e.g. cleanrooms as well as GAMP5 and GXP, Experience with HMI and SCADA systems, Knowledge of industrial fieldbus systems (Ethernet, ProfiNet, Profibus), Basic knowledge of communication protocols (TCP/IP, OPC UA), Understanding of network topologies as well as knowledge of VLANs, IP addresses, gateways and network switches, IT knowledge: Windows Server, virtual machines, server-client architectures, domains, Active Directory, user management, Hardware knowledge: PLC, HMI panels, Thin Clients, Experience with GAMP5 as well as GxP and GMP requirements in the pharmaceutical environment, Basic knowledge of Step 7 TIA Portal and WinCC (Advanced, Professional, SCADA), Ability to perform data backups, Fluent good English skills
Nice to Have
Experience with SCADA systems (IMA, GEA, Groninger, SuK, Ortner, Belimed, Hartner, Sartorius etc.), Experience with GAMP5 in the GMP, GxP, as well as cleanroom environment, Experience with Pharma Automation, Experience with QA and Production collaboration, Experience with SOP and audit trail creation, Experience with system audits

Preventive/corrective maintenance of production equipment systems
Documentation of all measures
Monitoring and adjustment of SCADA systems
Ensuring safety and function of SCADA systems
Maintenance and software documentation
Participation in audits and qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ)

Creation of technical reports
Training of technicians
Knowledge transfer to new technologies
Participation in improvement projects
