What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in automation engineering or workflow development, Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, particularly desktop flows, Experience integrating applications via APIs, connectors, or middleware, understanding of data sources such as SQL databases and cloud services, Experience with version control and deployment practices, analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI), Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus), Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, Experience in financial services or insurance environments, Exposure to data protection and compliance frameworks (e. g. , DLP policies)
