Must Have
Graduate in Bachelor of Science (BSc) Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Comprehensive understanding on manufacturing procedures & practices, Thorough understanding on MV and LV electrical installations, Thorough understanding on instrumentation & automation practices, Capability to read P&ID, Capability to read Electrical drawings, Capability to read PFDs, Experience in PLC programming, Experience in SCADA programming, Experience in VFD/Servo System configuration, Fair understanding about process instrumentation, Fair understanding about calibration, Fair knowledge of cybersecurity, Fair knowledge of IT/OT networks, Fair knowledge of latest Digital technologies and tools, Prior experience in Electrical safety audits, Prior experience in Risk assessment relevant to electrical systems, Prior experience in Risk assessment relevant to process control, Fair understanding in project management, Fair experience in Capex cost estimations
Nice to Have
Prior experience in FMCG manufacturing, Work experience with Robots, Work experience with Cobots

Guide engineering members for electrical maintenance
Lead electrical safety audits
Identify gaps in electrical safety
Develop electrical safety action plans
Ensure electrical aspects for new projects
Evaluate existing MV/LV electrical systems
Evaluate existing instrumentation systems
Evaluate existing automation systems
Plan and budget for new investments
Execute new improvement projects
Execute capacity enhancement projects
Prevent electrical injury to employees
Prevent damage to property
Minimize factory conversion cost
Facilitate factory teams for generation switching
Analyze skill gaps for electrical safety
Drive training programs for engineering knowledge
