If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary _To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an** _Automation Engineer_**_ _located in** _Guadalajara, North_**. _ _Reporting to the**Process Engineering Manager** , Automation role will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing automated systems in various mechanical and digital environments to help and improve processes, save costs, and achieve better outcome of design, product, and processes, eliminating defects, errors, and problems with product, process, or software development._ **What a typical day looks like:** * _Design, program, and modify automation systems in PLC and HMI for production equipment._ * _Implement control logic, sequences, interlocks, and fault diagnostics._ * _Integrate sensors, actuators, and industrial devices._ * _Programming, integration, and commissioning of industrial robots (6-axis, SCARA, cobots)._ * _Optimization of cycles, paths, and applications (pick & place, screwdriving, dispensing, etc.)._ * _Technical implementation of automation projects._ * _Perform commissioning, debugging, and ramp-up of automated equipment._ * _Develop technical documentation (manuals, SOW, troubleshooting)._ * _Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions._ **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * _BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience._ * _Senior background experience in automation engineering._ * _Technical Knowledge:_ * _PLC (programming and integration)._ * _Industrial pneumatics._ *
