Nice to Have
Familiarity with using LLMs like Gemini or Claude for productivity, Familiarity with Desktop flows is a plus, Basic scripting knowledge in JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell is highly desirable, Experience working with SharePoint lists and libraries

We are seeking a motivated Automation Engineer to join our rapid response build team. In this role, you will support the Senior Automation Engineer to build, test, and deploy automated workflows that remove manual drudgery for our operations teams. You will be the primary builder for tactical automations, taking approved process designs and turning them into reliable, running bots using Power Automate and lightweight AI solutions. Key Responsibilities Bot Development: Develop, configure, and test automation flows using Microsoft Power Automate based on technical specifications provided by the Senior Lead. AI Tool Utilization: Implement simple AI solutions using tools like Gemini to handle text processing tasks. Replace traditional regex or string manipulation with AI prompts to clean data from Enrollment forms or Provider communications. Process Identification: Act as a scout for automation opportunities. Listen to business users in Enrollment, Clinical, and Provider teams describe their daily pain points and flag tasks that are highly repetitive, rule-based, and high-volume.
