This role involves working with control systems, robotics, software, and data systems to reduce manual intervention and optimize performance. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and implement automated systems and processes * Program and troubleshoot PLC’s (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI’s * Develop and maintain control systems, including SCADA and DCS * Identify opportunities for automation to improve productivity and reduce costs * Support commissioning, installation, and testing of equipment * Troubleshoot equipment and system issues to minimize downtime * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, production) * Ensure systems meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards * Document automation processes, system configuration, and procedures * Analyze system performance data and implement continuous improvement ## Qualifications Qualifications and Skills Required: * Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, or related field) * 3+ years of related professional experience * Experience with control sys
