Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of modern web and API-based applications. The role involves manual, automation, and AI-assisted testing in a fast-paced Agile environment. Key Responsibilities * Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios * Perform manual and automation testing across UI, API, and backend systems * Develop automation scripts using Selenium / Playwright / Cypress * Conduct API testing using Postman / REST Assured * Identify, track, and validate defects using Jira * Perform regression, integration, and end-to-end testing * Validate functionality against business requirements * Collaborate with development and product teams in Agile sprints * Generate test reports, metrics, and quality insights * Leverage AI tools to improve test coverage and efficiency ## Qualifications Required Skills * 3+ years experience in Software Testing / QA * Strong knowledge of Manual Testing, SDLC, STLC * Hands-on experience with automation frameworks * Experience in API testing and SQL validation * Familiarity with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) * Knowledge of Java / Python / JavaScript * Experience with Git and defect tracking tools Preferred Skills * Experience with AI-assisted testing tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Amazon Q) * Exposure to: * Test case generation & optimization * Smart test execution / defect prediction * AI-based log analysis & anomaly detection * Understanding of self-healing frameworks / intelligent locators
