This role focuses on independently designing, building, and maintaining automation and infrastructure solutions while owning production support outcomes for assigned platforms and services. The engineer plays a key role in ensuring reliability, availability, and operational excellence by resolving incidents, driving root cause analysis, implementing preventative automation, and enhancing observability.
