What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree, Three plus years of relevant work experience with programming concepts, development logic or automating complex processes

Nice to Have

Hands on experience as an Automation Engineer, Experience writing and maintaining automated test scripts using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript), Basic knowledge of Java VBA languages, or other configuration/scripting type technology, Extensive experience in Automation Tools & Frameworks, Drive effective regression testing of the team’s core flows prior to releases, Identify gaps in automation coverage and work with the team to prioritize and fix, Foster a culture of quality, coach and influence the team to write more and better tests and promote shared ownership of quality outcomes, Define, document, and socialize test standards and best practices within the team, Help the team prepare tickets/features for release by coordinating testing sign-off and confirming readiness
