Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university in Engineering or related field, 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing industries with a focus on automation and controls, 2+ years’ experience in a position of leadership to include team development/management or project leadership, Experience in development of distributed, networked control systems, Experience with Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions, Ability to apply sound engineering principles to operational and design issues

Nice to Have

Lean or six sigma experience, Green or black belt certified, Knowledge of engineering principles and techniques related to food processing and the meat industry
