Must Have
Subject Matter Expertise of either SCADA/PLC or DCS to include specification, procurement, installation, start-up, and commissioning, Experience in IT and OT architectures for manufacturing environments, Experience in Integration with IT Systems, Experience in Warehouse Control Systems, AGVs, Robotics, Understanding of OT cybersecurity, Experience in Engineering standards development and governance, Excellent communication skills including an ability to engage honestly and influentially with internal and external business leaders and partners, Fluent Swedish, Fluent English
Nice to Have
Pharmaceutical Manufacturing areas including API, Biotechnology, Oral Solid Dosage, Formulation and Fill, Packaging, Medical Devices, Current GMP regulations, Understanding of regulatory agency expectations, Understanding of current industry practices, Experience from a different, non-Pharma, regulated industry

Define Operational Technology (OT) scope
Provide technical leadership
Design assurance overview
Communicate site and project requirements
Ensure systems are specified and delivered
Drive digital transformation of assets
Implement Industry 4.0 technologies
Manage delivery of OT-aspects
Work with peer engineers
Manage Outside Service Partners
Establish partnerships

Team & Collaboration
Work with site and project stakeholders; Work with stakeholders across sites, projects, IT, operations, quality, and external partners; Work effectively with local and internationally-located peer engineers; Work with Project Managers, Project Technical Managers, and vendors; Work with Site Manufacturing Operations and Quality teams; Work with Site and Global IT; Work with Global Engineering team
