What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associate's degree in the field of business administration, computer science, or management information systems and/or 3-5 years of related IT work experience, 2 – 3 years of scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or similar), Experience using automation-enabled platforms (Jira, ServiceNow, Power Automate, Zapier, UiPath, etc. ), Understanding of business or IT processes, Ability to document workflows and requirements
Nice to Have
A+ certification, Technical writing and documentation experience

Optimize and automate IT processes
Manage enterprise PC imaging system
Manage software lifecycle
Monitor endpoint health and performance
Assist IT teams with automation
Monitor automated tasks
Troubleshoot automated tasks
Report on automated tasks
Manage imaging process
Analyze and recommend MDT replacement
Utilize KACE System Management Appliance
Assist with Jira Service Management migration
Analyze and report on endpoint status
Empower Service Desk with tools
Eliminate repetitive work
Maintain and update PC images
Analyze inefficiencies
Develop implementation plans
Document resolutions and solutions
Implement corrective solutions
Monitor desktop performance
Provide performance statistics
Contact third-party support
Maintain IT trends knowledge
Provide measurable efficiency improvements
