Full Job Description
$20.00/hour + $3.00 (15% Shift Differential) = $23.00/hour Must be willing to train on 1st or 2nd Shift for at least 90 days before transition to 3rd shift. Piece Rate Production Bonuses: Eligible on Day 1 Profit Sharing Bonuses: Eligible after 6 months and a full quarter of employment distributed every quarter! Reports to : Production Supervisor Job Purpose : Line Operators run automated lines, monitor equipment during production and ensure compliance with all quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate would have 2-5 years of experience. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities : * Set up, change, change over, and operate line according to production specifications * Inspect equipment before and monitor equipment during production. Confirm that it is working properly by checking process parameters and indicators. * Set up specific part programs and parameters for metal stamping presses, feed lines, and dies using the company’s standard practices and procedures * Perform quality checks according to the company’s procedures to verify die set up prior to production run * Initiate work orders for d
