**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * Development and further improvement of automated vision inspection systems (AVC) in a modern automotive environment * Support and continuous optimization of production process automation * Integration of AI-based solutions into state-of-the-art inspection systems * Rapid study of defects, identification of root causes, and development of innovative solutions * Close cooperation with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams * Engaged participation in international projects and collaboration with the global engineering community of the Freudenberg Group * Adoption and implementation of innovative solutions and best practices in an international automotive environment # Qualifications: * Degree in engineering (Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics) * 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment * Knowledge of automation systems * Experience with image processing / visual inspection systems * Basic knowledge of AI / machine learning is an advantage * Ability to use data to inform and solve problems effectively * Business-level English language skills **Communication & Collaboration:** Communicates clearly and concisely, while serving as a sparring partner to internal/external stakeholders.
