Proficiency in damage assessment and preparing detail repair plans, Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, team members, insurance representatives and parts suppliers, organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively a must, Knowledge of automotive(OEM) refinishing and repair processes, Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast paced environment, Problem solving skills and attention to details, Previous experience in an automotive collision environment, Proficiency with estimating platforms such as Audatex (Qapter) and Mitchell Repair Center, Can read write and speak English fluently, Valid driver license
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Body Shop Connect an asset, I-Car or any OEM or related training is of value as you will be expected to do training to keep up with industry standards or repair procedures
What You'll Do.
evaluate vehicle damage
prepare accurate repair estimates
communicate effectively with customers
insurance companies and parts providers
Scrub and finalize estimates for supplements part price changes and send to insurance companies for payment
ensure smooth repair processes
maintain accurate records through notes
deliver high-quality service to customers
Order/source parts through Progi parts
mirror match and check parts for damages when delivered
