5+ years of relevant experience navigating complex or matrixed environments, Experience with support solutions and processes in an auto claims environment, Auto estimate software experience such as CCC, Mitchell, or Audatex, I-CAR certification

Four-year college degree

Review and complete repair estimates

Partner with vendors to improve estimating accuracy

Review reporting and measurement methods

Monitor vendor performance

Escalate performance issues

Gather data from operational partners

Translate data into detailed requirements

Run monthly reporting on program results
