Nice to Have
High School Diploma or equivalent, Previous experience in detail shop, Buffing experience helpful
What You'll Do.
Clean out and de-trash vehicle interiors
Remove debris and trash from vehicle
Remove license plates and stickers
Remove company decals from vehicles
Apply chemicals to engine compartment
Power-wash engine compartment
Clean battery terminals
Clean head- and taillights
Clean exterior panels
Clean interior and exterior windows
Detail vehicles by cleaning trim
Detail vehicles by dressing molding
Detail vehicles by dressing weather stripping
Detail vehicles by dressing instrument panel
Detail vehicles by dressing steering wheel
Detail vehicles by dressing dash molding
Buff vehicles by applying dressing
Apply compound to vehicles interior
Apply cleaner to vehicles interior
Apply polish to vehicles interior
Buff out interior using rotary buffer
Buff out interior by hand
Wax exterior and painted surfaces
Buff exterior and painted surfaces
Scrub carpet and upholstery
Shampoo carpet and upholstery
Spot clean carpet and upholstery
Return warranty booklet and owner's manual
Demonstrate safety commitment
Follow safety and health procedures
Participate in safety activities
Work in a team environment
Complete assigned flow of vehicles
Drive vehicle into building
Drive vehicle to clean car staging area
Occasional sale day driving
Perform other duties as assigned
