Our values are Activism, Transparency, Dedication and Greatness and Collective. ## What you’ll be doing Authentication: Examine and verify the authenticity of luxury goods using specialized knowledge, tools, and techniques (UV lighting, magnification, etc.). Quality & Documentation: Ensure products comply with descriptions and create or update related authentication documentation. KPI Management: Maintain high performance against targets, including 100% productivity, a 0.10% return rate, and keeping "false fake" rates below 3%. Process Improvement: Support the 5S project to improve warehouse processes and security. Continuous Learning: Engage in rigorous training (e.g., Level 1 & 2 Academy programs) to specialize in brands and categories like handbags, jewelry, or watches. ## Who you are Requirements & Skills Experience: Previous experience in authentication, auction houses, museums, or luxury retail is highly preferred. Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of luxury fashion and brands is a must. Technical Skills: Familiarity with research databases and specialized authentication software/tools. Soft Skills: Methodological: A structured approach to processing items. Communication: Ability to provide clear feedback on items without taking technical critiques personally.
