What You'll Do.
Perform audit of tax reviews (tax accrual reviews) from a corporate tax perspective
in support of the assessment of the income tax balance on financial statements.
Preparation and review of corporate tax accounting
Preparation and review of corporate tax compliance assignments
including preparation
review and submission of income tax and provisional tax
Drafting of tax opinions and/or structuring decks on the tax implications of inter alia business transaction
restructures and alternative courses of
Corporate tax due diligence
Research of complex tax
Interpretation of tax
Liaising with SARS and addressing queries raised by
growing and maintaining business relationships with clients
assurance teams and other stakeholders.
