What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–8+ years of audit experience, 8+ years of audit experience, University degree in accounting or finance, Swiss CPA or equivalent qualification, US CPA or equivalent qualification, ACCA or equivalent qualification, Deep technical expertise in US GAAP, Deep technical expertise in IFRS, Deep technical expertise in Lux GAAP, Deep technical expertise in Swiss GAAP, Experience managing SEC filings, Experience applying PCAOB standards, Experience in private markets investment structures, Experience in fund accounting, Experience in valuation of illiquid assets
Nice to Have
FINMA regulatory requirements experience, Supervisory audits experience, German skills

We serve as trusted advisors to some of the world's most sophisticated private equity and asset management firms, helping them navigate complex fund structures, evolving regulatory frameworks, and the growing demands of global investors. Our team brings together deep industry expertise, a truly international network, and cutting-edge digital capabilities to deliver insights that go far beyond compliance. From auditing complex Level 3 investment valuations to advising on major fund launches and regulatory change, every engagement offers the opportunity to lead, innovate, and make a lasting impact. **Your Impact** * Lead end-to-end audits of financial statements for asset managers, private equity firms, and private markets funds in compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, Lux GAAO and Swiss GAAP (OR / Swiss GAAP FER), overseeing planning, execution, and completion * Drive the audit of complex investment valuations across all asset classes including private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real estate, ensuring technical rigor and thoroughness * Manage SEC filing requirements and audits of companies reporting under US GAAP and IFRS, including coordination with PCAOB and SOX requirements where applicable * Assess and advise on clients' compliance with FINMA regulatory requirements, leading supervisory audits in line with applicable guidelines * Advise clients on business opportunities arising from PwC USA's initiatives in asset management, supporting significant product and investment launches * Coordinate and lead international engagement teams across the USA, Europe, and other regions, ensuring seamless collaboration and high-quality delivery * Prepare audit files for Partner review and take a leading role
