Our team provides confidence on the most complex decisions companies have to take and this provides a wealth of opportunities to everyone who joins us and works with us. **Key responsibilities** As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for the following day-to-day activities: * Assist in delivering high-quality audit and other assurance services to clients across a range of industries. * Identify, evaluate and clearly communicate accounting and auditing matters to engagement partners. * Proactively identify opportunities for performance improvement, both within engagements and internal processes. * Liaise with clients to ensure efficient, timely and accurate information flow between the client and the audit team. * Support engagement planning, including the preparation of audit budgets, plans, proposals and client presentations. * Supervise, coach and provide constructive feedback to junior team members, supporting their professional development. * Support business development activities with Chinese client including marketing events, client pursuit and proposal coordination etc. **Qualifications and requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or a related discipline. * Minimum of 6 years’ external audit experience, preferably within a professional services firm. * CPA qualification or equivalent professional certification. * Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills. * Proficiency in spoken and written English. * Business-professional proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients and s
