What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, Minimum 3 years experience in auditing, accounting, and/or tax, Extensive knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office applications, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Business English, Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex financial data, Quantitative and analytical mindset, Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced work environment, Attention to detail, Ability to follow standard procedures
Nice to Have
Turkish CPA (SMMM) or Turkish Sworn-in CPA (YMM) License, Public accounting or external audit experience, USGAAP and/or IFRS experience, Experience with Audit or Accounting Software Systems
What You'll Do.
Support onboarding process for new audit clients
Participate in day-to-day audit engagement tasks
Perform risk assessment
Complete audit programs
Use company software to complete audit tasks
Use company software to complete reporting tasks
Use company software to complete compliance tasks
Prepare audit schedules
Prepare management letters
Prepare reconciliations
Prepare other audit documentation
Perform substantive testing
Perform analytical procedures
Analyze financial data
Identify areas of risk
Research complex auditing issues
Research accounting issues
Research regulatory issues
Provide practical solutions
Ensure compliance with applicable standards
Assist with U.S. federal compliance requirements
