Must Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit, analytical skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), comfortable using AI tools and other digital solutions, well organized, detail oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, upper-intermediate or advanced Lithuanian and English language, available to work full time
Nice to Have
1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit (an advantage)
